Reuters: The European Union Commission has decided to halt an anti-subsidy probe into biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia after the complainant dropped its action, a Commission document seen by Reuters showed on Wednesday. Australia officially bans imports of illegally-logged timber

Mongabay: Australia this week passed long-debated laws to prohibit the import and trade of illegally logged timber. The laws, passed Monday by the country's parliament, require Australian companies to conduct due diligence on timber and wood products they import from overseas.
