Super-heterodyne, image reject, OOK/ASK receivers consume less than 6 mA of current when receiving data continuously and are aimed at RKE, garage door openers, and home automation applications. Housed in 4.9 x 6.0 mm QSOP package, MICRF229 has auto-poll feature, while MICRF230 employs optional Squelch feature. Both are specified with operating temperature of -40 to +105°C.
