We are currently looking for a RF Payload Laboratory Technician to support our customer in the Netherlands. RF Payload Laboratory Technician Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Laboratory Unit, you will have the following responsibilities Coordinate Calibration and Maintenance of all RF equipment in the Lab, as well as the transport of all incoming and outgoing equipment Management and recording of all new assets and annual inventory of lab assets Monitoring and control of lent out equipment to industry Support Galileo test Systems integration in the lab Operation of GNSS Payload using its associated EGSE and performing EndtoEnd Characterisation tests over temperature andor under vacuum Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience You are a qualified technician in RF, microwave and millimetre wave engineering or shall have a sufficient record of experience in microwave laboratories Are you familiar with the utilization of general RF equipment such as network analysers, spectrum analysers, power meters etc. Good working knowledge of GNSS Payloads and operation of its associated EGSE Knowledge of characterising passive and active RF hardware in scattering parameters and over time domain TRL. As a person you are dependable, reliable and be proactive in decision making and task execution Good knowledge of 1553 Bus Interface communication protocol and its operation as well as SCOS 2000 and LAB VIEW software Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
