Soon, you won't have to worry about mobile data charges while watching the Kardashians and working out at a community centre or while listening to a Canucks game and watching your kid play hockey at the arena. That's because Richmond City Council approved a $258,000 free public WiFi program that will see the installation of wireless connections at recreation centres, arenas, pools and some parks and public spaces.
