Ahead of the upcoming 2015 Annual General Meeting, the nomination committee has proposed that a new board of directors be appointed by means of the re-election of the board's existing members, namely Anna Malm Bernsten, Anders Ekblom, Anders Hallberg, Bertil Samuelsson and Birgitta Stymne Goransson, as well as the new election of two new members, namely Johan Harmenberg and Helena Levander.
