(Telecompaper) Seven out of ten job vacancies in the ICT sector are difficult to fill, according to a study from the Dutch state employment agency UWV. That compares to four out of ten in the broader Dutch economy, a situation that has worsened from three out of ten a year ago. The figures are based on a survey of around 6,700 companies by the UWV this spring.
