The successful applicant will join the Data Processing OnBoard Software department TSOEF25 and will be in charge of supplying data processing and avionics architecture expertise to the project teams based on a statement of need for the mission onboard data processing or avionics, analysing the need and proposing the most appropriate data processing and avionics architecture cost, weight, power from a set of solutions available from internal or external suppliers. You will also be responsible for the following activities Targeting the most appropriate processing architecture FPGA, single core or multicore processors, DSP processor, etc. Having a good understanding of algorithms signal and image processing Being proactive in making suggestions and able to emphasise the advantages of an innovation or new technology Following up the development of a prototype and ensuring the entire system is coherent algorithm, performance to fulfil the mission need.
