One of our space clients based in Belgium is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer. The vacancy has the opportunity to be either a permanent position, or a very longterm consultancybased role. Tasks You will immediately be involved in the development of new systems starting from the concept, through component selection to the electrical schemes and layout. It mainly concerns Front End Electronics for electrooptical instruments, controllers and power supply boards, but also space projects. Solving hardware problems for existing instruments is also a part of your responsibility. Qualifications Master degree in Electronics. Experience A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an engineering environment. Very good knowledge of digital andor analogue electronics. A basic knowledge of software development CC, .net is considered advantageous. Experience of involvement in the design of combinations with microcontrollers and FPGAs from concept to working product. Profile A real team player with a handson mentality. Acting proactively, with an analytical mind.

Microsoft is rolling out the most significant set of hardware changes that it's made to Windows in almost a decade. Most of these will only impact system builders, but there's increased RAM requirements, support for larger screens, and mandatory support for the secure computing TPM 2.0 standard.
