The Key Person shall have an undergraduate degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent working experience and at least 5 years proven experience as listed below Working in an environment where an ISO 9001certified management system is in use and where work activities are documented in the form of procedures and working practices Cable installation and testing. In addition to having a University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, the Key person shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Operations and Maintenance of Large Ground Stations andor Ground Stations EngineeringIntegration used for GEO andor LEO missions. The Key person shall have experience in the following area Ground Station design, integration and testing, particularly in the areas of Antenna RF, Base Band and Tracking subsystems, including the generation of Requirement definition and ICD specifications Operation and configuration of various types of Baseband equipment including integrated TTC and ranging systems i.e. Cortex type and High Data Rate Modulators and Demodulators Maintenance and Operation of large Ground Stations particularly in Local and Remote MC including databases and automated procedures, redundancy management, Site Infrastructure and liaison with Service providers Analogue and digital modulationdemodulation schemes used on the Ground to Space interface for TTC, Mission data transmission and Data Collection Systems Execution of Spacecraft interface verification testing, prior to launch in support of the SVT, and post launch in the form of RF IOT as part of Spacecraft Commissioning.
