Able to handle all electrical testing requirements of IPC/WHMA-A-620B guidelines, unit features test current from 100 mA to 1 A, current sensitivity of 0.2 µA, and insulation resistance range of 2 MΩ to 5 GΩ at 2,100 Vdc.
