AIT Engineer Integration Satellites and Mechanisms Deadline for applications 09072019 Client and Location For one of our customers we are currently recruiting an AIT Engineer Integration Satellites and Mechanisms for their location in Immenstaad, Germany. Tasks and Responsibilities Collaboration in the system integration of satellites, satellite subsystems and Satellite components in the working area Mechanical Integration Assembly of mechanical components and component groups too Antenna Modules Focus Project NGSAR Antenna Production Series Integration of components and component groups on space structures for Satellite antennas serial production Assistance in preparation of integration and testing procedures as well as provisioning the required drawing documents Creation of integration and test protocols Preparation and execution of qualification and acceptance tests in the field of mechanical and thermal verification of satellites, satellite components and satellite structures Implementation of applicable labor standards and CV guidance as well as participation on test campaigns. Experience and Education Vocational training as an Electrician, Mechanic or in Mechatronics with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Training as a technician is an advantage Experience in satellite integration at least two years is desirable Sound basic knowledge of mechanics is required Knowledge of standard mechanical procedures in the aviation industry is required A sound technical understanding and experience with development projects is an advantage Practical experience with measurement data acquisition, measurement data analysis and measurement data evaluation is desirable Detailed knowledge of MS Office Fluent in English German is considered an advantage Teamwork, communication skills as well as independent and structured working methods a high degree of quality awareness High commitment and good comprehension High degree of willingness to travel.
