Main responsibilities To provide administration support in Darmstadt to our team at our Support Office and also to provide adhoc specialised cover for one of our Customer sites, we are currently looking for an Administrative AssistantUser Services Assistant fm. The role will be offered as fixedterm contract until 311218. Main Responsibilities Support Office Support to Contract Management in the areas of documentation and reporting activities Pre and post meetingconference support ensuring facilities are booked preparing, writing up and distribution of minutes General administration adhoc tasks. Main Responsibilities Customer Site Provide administrative support to the User Services Helpdesk Team Administrators by following predefined procedures Provide operational support to the Data Centre Support Team Operators by following predefined procedures. Ideal candidate The successful applicant should have a proven background in similar tasks. HeShe should be able to demonstrate Microsoft Windows user Microsoft Office skilled user Strong interpersonal skills Proven team player Proven ability to follow procedures C1 English Ability to pick up new skills quickly Attention to detail An administrative background. Experience working with image manipulation software would be an advantage, but training will be provided to the successful candidate.
