Administrative Assistant parttime 141013 Job Description We are a small, innovative and growing software engineering company in the space business. We are looking for someone to support us in administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include Correspondence Preparing invoices Expenses accounting HR administration Office supplies Reception Depending on the persons level and qualifications the tasks and responsibilities can be adapted and extended. The person should be fluent in English and German, both spoken and written, and ideally have some experience in similar jobs. We are flexible concerning the working times, but would initially look at a 50 parttime level. This is a great opportunity for someone to get started after a career break, and for someone who likes the challenge of supporting a very dynamic engineering team.
