American Eagle names new global brand presidents as part of management restructuring

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. has established a new title to oversee its two major business lines, its flagship American Eagle brand and Aerie, its women's intimate clothing concept. The company, which has yet to name a new CEO to replace Robert Hanson , who was fired in early 2014, indicated the two global brand presidents will be responsible for all brand design and merchandising functions.
