Job Title Bid Manager Key responsabilities and principle tasks Manage the preparation and elaboration of commercial proposals based on procedures and politics established by the Company and also customer requirements. Coordinate, plan and participate in the different phases of the preparation of the proposals, ensuring deadlines established on the request. Oversee the preparation of the technical offer, preparing the relevant information sheets when required. Receive and integrate all contributions of the agents involved in the preparation of the proposals, obtaining as result the final proposal. Evaluate risks and economic analysis of the proposals, ensuring that cost assessments including all activities required. Lead the proposals review process. Check and validate the associated costs related with the proposal elaboration process. Analyze customer needs and requirements in order to propose and implement appropriate projects to give solution to those needs, ensuring the development of them in the most effective and efficient manner. Participate in the process of identifying new product development needs. Participate in the analysis and activities aimed to improve the competitiveness of TASE products. Give support to the Department in the negotiation process from the proposal delivery until the contract signature. Education Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications engineering or similar. Skills Experience Two years of experience in elaboration of commercial proposals Desirable knowledge in space market and products. Team work Resultoriented Flexibility Organizational Skillls Languages English essential and French would be a plus. We will not evaluate application submitted by email.
