Business Process Requirements Engineer mfd Germany Munich Unterfhring About this position We are currently looking for a Software Requirements Engineer with a major focus on software requirements specification for internal systems to automate and unify processes and tasks in the broadcast business for our Munich, Germany, location. We are looking for someone with profound software requirement engineering experience and the capability to work with a team of specialists. You are a selfstarter who can resolve ambiguity and provide focus across multiple domains of expertise. What you will be responsible for Guide and control global standardization activities Discuss requirements with the stakeholders, clarify open points and details Derive and specify the product requirements Technical requirements engineering in close cooperation with our stakeholders Digitalize analog workflows and technically model the business processes Collaborate within a diverse development team Actively walk through new requirements with the technical experts to evaluate their impact Create and maintain the traceability of the requirements for the entire development cycle Interfacing for development and technical operations Offer support, training and guidance for business stakeholders Collaborating in a multinational product team together with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders What we are looking for Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related discipline Strong requirements engineering skills with proven ability to visualize and describe models and processes ability to think and act conceptually and analytically Keen on working in a challenging environment with teamwork capabilities, dedication and motivation Readiness to independently work with passion and resilience Very good sense for quality Strong analytical and communication skills Able to dive into technical discussions Experience in broadcast operation, technical support, or customer training in the broadcast business will be an advantage Experience in working in a highly communicative, multinational and multilocation environment Willingness to travel Highly proficient in spoken and written German and English Whats in it for you?
