Certified pre-owned vehicles (CPOs) made up more than a fifth of franchised dealers used-car sales (20.4%) in the second quarter of this year, according to Edmunds.com Used Vehicle Market Report. The Edmunds.com report also said that the share of used site traffic commanded by CPO dipped for the second straight quarter, however, coming in at 4.9%.
