Calgary commercial real estate remains strong despite dropping oil prices

There is optimism for long-term growth in Calgary's commercial real estate market despite some short-term pain due to dropping energy prices, says a new report by CBRE Limited. "Despite the drop in oil prices in the latter half of 2014, there's a sense of long-term momentum and growth in Calgary," said CBRE executive vice-president Greg Kwong.
