We are currently looking for a Commercial Officer Project Controller to support our customer in Germany. Commercial Officer Project Controller Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Commercial and Contracts Contact person for customers and suppliers for commercial and contractual issues Evaluation of contract terms, risk prevention and negotiations Leading of claim management Preparation and negotiation of contract changes with customers and suppliers Preparation and management of proposals contractual and commercial aspects Project Controlling Managing and optimisation of project costs and finance Planning of costs, schedules and resources for work packages Continuous initiation and execution of improvement measures Ensuring of project planning and project control processes Creation and interpretation of projectCTC and CAC Negotiation and creation of payment plans for projectcashflow optimisation Invoicing and monitoring of payments Creating regular project status reports Assisting with tenders and assessment of proposals from suppliers Initiating and supporting of designtocost activities Utilization of available software tools e.g. SAP Financial input regarding risk management. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent Solid working background in the industrial project business Several years of experience in project planning and controlling processes Experience in contract, negotiation and claim management Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
