Within the learning and development service at headquarter of ESA, you will be responsible for HR External communication together with Multimedia material and events. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Dissemination of information about the start of external HR campaigns such as YGT to students of underrepresented ESA countries You will be developing content for ESA Social Media, e.g. synthesised articles to be communicated before external career events, news and images from the events You will be managing the ESA Career Website with Dissemination of information related to ESA HRMarketing Content proposals for the ESA Career Website Contents creation written, graphic, video You will be participating to HR Marketing team meetings You will be coordinating the reviewproduction with ESA editors and ESA Graphics team. You will be creating all graphics content for HR internal and external Communication in coordination with ESA Graphics Team. You will be establishing a yearly plan of events for staff milestones celebrations, organising events and preparing all necessary gifts and certificates payment for events, gifts and certificates done by ESA and not covered in this service You will be updating and maintaining the HR Intranet with the ESA HR Communication Officer. You will be maintaining and evolving the HR Communication Strategy and Plan Document. You will be organizing HR Editorial Meetings, implementing follow up. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have experience in HRMarketingCommunication You have good communication skills You have good knowledge of university sector in Member States You have good knowledge of ESA organisational structure You have good knowledge of ESA programmes and missions You are able to take responsibilities and work in an autonomous way You have the capacity to identify priority actions You have experience in Public Relations You have excellent organization skills You have experience in social media and website management You are fluent in English.
