GENERAL ENVIRONMENT Part of the Eiffage Group 70 000p, 18b, which is a key player on Ground Segment for Aeronautics Space in Europe, Clemessy Netherlands BV is a Services Center that has been recently created to provide Maintenance Engineering Support to our main customers Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering RAMS ILS and AITOperations Support. For our customer, the European Space Agency ESA, we are currently looking for a Components Engineer to work at ESTEC, the ESA Technical Center in Noordwijk NL. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In the TECQES section, the main tasks are to provide ESA with engineering and administrative support in the field of European Cooperation for Space Standardisation ECSS and European Space Component Coordination ESCC covering ESCC secretariat functions, managing the ESCC specification system, qualifying and certifying components and manufacturers, audits of manufacturers and nonconformance followup. The assignment is to provide expert technical support in one or more of the following fields Passive Components Discrete Semiconductors for RF and nonRF Complex Microcircuits for Digital, Analog, Mixed Signal and Microwave Hybrid Technology Micropackaging Optoelectronics Reliability of the related technologies, RD trends and the industrial landscape, SPECIFIC COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS High degree organizational and communication abilities. Comfortable with working in a diverse and multinational team environment. QUALIFICATIONS Applicants should have A Masters degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related specialization, with a relevant experience of 4 years minimum Extensive knowledge in Components standardization evaluation, qualification programmes, nonconformance and failure investigations.
