ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In the TECQES section, the main tasks are to provide ESA with engineering and administrative support in the field of European Cooperation for Space Standardisation ECSS and European Space Component Coordination ESCC covering ESCC secretariat functions, managing the ESCC specification system, qualifying and certifying components and manufacturers, audits of manufacturers and nonconformance followup. The assignment is to provide expert technical support in one or more of the following fields Passive Components Discrete Semiconductors for RF and nonRF Complex Microcircuits for Digital, Analog, Mixed Signal and Microwave Hybrid Technology Micropackaging Optoelectronics Reliability of the related technologies, RD trends and the industrial landscape, SPECIFIC COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS High degree organizational and communication abilities. Definition and assessment of EMC requirements at both System and Equipment level. Definition and assessment of EMC test and verification procedures of spacecraft equipment and systems.
