Disney may test new streaming service in Netherlands before US launch - report

(Telecompaper) Disney may first test its upcoming Disney+ streaming service in the Netherlands before launching it formally in the US, The Information reported, citing anonymous sources. Disney gave a name to its new streaming service in November, which it hopes will take on Netflix. The service will be introduced late this year with productions from Disney itself, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic.
