Position Reference 060 You will have the opportunity to support the Project Control Department which handles all matters related to project control of the Galileo and EGNOS programs, together with corporate planning and programming and GSAwide document management. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include You will be responsible for document registration, distribution and archiving, as well as provision of reproduction services of documents and media. You will be responsible for the management of original files You have regular review of the status of documents in the different archive storage locations and align information in the Documentation and Configuration Management System database. You support in development and execution of a training plan for new and existing staff to ensure that the whole Agency uses the same document management tools, processes and procedures You support in development and maintenance of document archive, compliant with relevant EU legislation You provide daytoday support to staff concerning document management queries and usage You might also provide related support to project reviews. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a university degree in Information management, Business administration, Engineering or in another area relevant to the job You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Documentalist in document management andor configuration control. You have knowledge in SharePoint andor and other DMS. Experience of IT document and configuration management tools You must have a high proficiency level of English and French.
