Spaceopal is the prime service operations contractor for the European Galileo Satellite Navigation System and manages all Galileo Service Operations. The awarded European Commission EC contract to Spaceopal is more than just its satellites in space. Main tasks and responsibilities Support the ILS and CADM Management in developing and maintaining operational procedures related to inventory management and documentation management Receive, store, distribute and trace all documentation deliveries fromto externalinternal parties including classified documents by facilitating defined tools Maintain delivery records and support all kind of reporting needs related to documentation delivery and status of unclassified and classified documentation Followupsortout problems related to documentation deliveries Monitor the correct usagestatus tracking of documentationdeliveries within centralized tools and trigger correctionsupdates in case of issues Perform quality checks and support updatesadjust documentation to meet PA and customer documentation management rulesrequirements Prepare data packs to meet delivery milestones Maintain all system levelSpaceopal level assets in the centralized tool Monitor subcontractor updates related to their assets in the centralized tool and trigger correctionsclarifications in case of issues Support customer enquiries related to asset management status and reporting Verify consistency and integrity with former deliveries to the customer Support the dissolving of issuesproblems related to the asset management reporting and underlying data records Perform regular checks on centralized tooldatabase Support audits at Spaceopalsubcontractor level related to the asset statusintegrity Required qualification and experience Appropriate high school degree English fluent plus one additional language preferably German or Italian Used to work target oriented, good organisational skills time management, efficiency, dealing with parallel issues, work under stress etc. Commitment and conscientiousness, customer orientation, good communication skills Experience in documentation management in large space andor telecommunication programs, experience in ESAGSA programs would be a plus Experienced in using office tools WORD, EXCEL etc. Experiences related to standardisation and quality reviews on documentation products Good understanding of a technical infrastructure and its related assets Work location Spaceopal headquarter Munich, Germany It could be necessary to participate sporadically to partly missions at European locations.
