Chinese shipments to the European Union nearly stabilized in December, after experiencing a double-digit drop in the last summer, according to just-released official data from Eurostat. Unit prices of EU's clothing imports have dropped significantly in euro terms. Our report covers monthly EU-27 clothing import data per origin, with historical trends being analyzed and focusing on China vs. the Rest of the World (RoW) and Bangladesh and knit vs. woven clothing. Data are supplied in euros and US dollars with historical data available for download, back to January 2002.
