EPS OBDH verification engineer Tasks Development of test concepts for the Electrical Power On Board Data Handling Subsystem provision of suitable support during testing Identification of necessary test equipment and support to EGSE procurement Production of verification control documentation related to the subsystem as well as generation of test procedures, associated test scripting and reports Planning and execution of integration, functional and system tests Development of test concepts for the On Board Data Handling Subsystem and provision of suitable support during testing Identification of necessary test equipment and support to EGSE procurement Production of verification control documentation related to the subsystem as well as generation of test procedures, associated test scripting and reports Planning and execution of integration, functional and system tests Qualifications A degree in engineering with a major in electrical engineering, information technology or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the space business with involvement in AIT phases Knowledge in the field of digital electronics, especially experience in communication protocols, discrete TMTCs, 1553 MILBus and their standards ECSSCCSDS SpaceWire Interfaces Experience related to installation and operation of test benches according to system and subsystem requirements Knowledge in electrical power system and configuration of power systems for satellite applications using solar generators, batteries and control units
