000 ABPZ20 KNHC 172350 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Thu Aug 17 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Showers and thunderstorms associated with a low pressure system located several hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula continue to show some signs of organization.
