000 ABPZ20 KNHC 141751 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Thu Sep 14 2017 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Max, located near the southern coast of Mexico just southeast of Acapulco, on newly formed Tropical Storm Norma, located several hundred miles south of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and on Tropical Depression Fifteen-E, located about a thousand miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Showers and thunderstorms have diminished near an area of low pressure located about 1500 miles east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands.
