960 ABPZ20 KNHC 011730 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Wed Aug 1 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Hector, located well southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. An area of low pressure is forecast to form several hundred miles south or southwest of the Gulf of Tehuantepec late this week.
