855 ABPZ20 KNHC 161736 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Thu Aug 16 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Lane, located over the far southwestern portion of the basin. An area of low pressure could form late this week several hundred miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninula.
