480 ABPZ20 KNHC 290533 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Tue Aug 28 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Miriam, located about 1200 miles east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands, and on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Norman, located several hundred miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms located several hundred miles south of the southern coast of Mexico are associated with a tropical wave.
