863 ABPZ20 KNHC 251130 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Tue Sep 25 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Depression Twenty-E, located several hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. A trough of low pressure located a little over 1400 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii, is producing disorganized shower activity.
