000 ABPZ20 KNHC 211134 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Sun Jul 21 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Showers and thunderstorms located several hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula are associated with an elongated area of low pressure. The disturbance is gradually becoming better defined, and a tropical depression or a tropical storm is expected to form during the next day or so.
