000 ABPZ20 KNHC 310528 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Tue Jul 30 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Flossie, located more than a thousand miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. A broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
