000 ABPZ20 KNHC 031129 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Sat Aug 3 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Showers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low pressure located about 900 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula have become more concentrated during the past several hours. However, recent satellite wind data indicate that the system does not have a well-defined circulation. Some additional development of this system is possible today before upper-level winds become unfavorable.
