000 ABPZ20 KNHC 272322 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 400 PM PST Wed Nov 27 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A non-tropical area of low pressure located west of the Baja California peninsula is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms from northwestern Mexico southwestward across the Baja California peninsula. Although this system is not expected to become a tropical cyclone, it will likely produce heavy rains and strong winds over portions of the Baja California peninsula, the Gulf of California, and northwestern Mexico through early Thursday.
