000 ABPZ20 KNHC 040530 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 PM PDT Thu Jun 3 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Blanca, located several hundred miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. A trough of low pressure is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms several hundred miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico. Gradual development of this system is possible during the next several days, and a tropical depression could form late this weekend or early next week while it drifts west-northwestward well off the coast of Mexico. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent. $$ Forecaster Latto
