000 ABPZ20 KNHC 041135 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Fri Jun 4 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on Post-Tropical Cyclone Blanca, located several hundred miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. A trough of low pressure is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms several hundred miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico. Additional development of this system is possible over the next several days, and a tropical depression could form late this weekend or early next week while it moves slowly to the west-northwest well off the coast of Mexico. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent. $$ Forecaster Papin/Blake
