000 ABPZ20 KNHC 202303 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Tue Jul 20 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Recently downgraded Tropical Depression Felicia has crossed into the Central Pacific basin and is located less than 1000 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. The Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, will be issuing the next advisory on Felicia at 500 PM HST. The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on Post-Tropical Cyclone Guillermo, located more than 1100 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
