000 ABPZ20 KNHC 092301 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 PM PDT Sat Oct 9 2021 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: Showers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles south of the southern coast of Mexico are gradually becoming better organized. Environmental conditions are conducive for additional development, and a tropical depression or tropical storm is expected to form within the next day or so while the system moves west-northwestward at about 15 mph south of the coast of Mexico.
