For spaceborne electronics development and ground station equipment design, LuxSpace is recruiting for immediate employment an experienced 5y or PhD electronics engineer. Job Profile An experienced electronics generalist with emphasis on digital signal processing and a profound understanding of the RF and analogue domain is required to participate in design of satellite units and groundbased equipment. The frequency range covers DC to Kaband. Required skills and tasks to be performed Analogue and digital circuit design e.g. Interface unit Digital Signal Processing e.g. sampling, software defined radio, FPGA Antenna fundamentals RF ReceiveTransmitchain analysis Review of design documentation from external suppliers Provision of design documentation like Technical Notes, Design Description, Worst Case Analysis etc. Elaboration of requirement specifications Simulation on System level Candidate Profile and Qualities Master degree and at least 5 years of work experience or PhD Good English skills spoken and written Ability to work and interface with a multinational team Experience to work in the aerospace environment, preferred experience with ESA Methodical workapproach Willingness to travel and to be part of a collocated team for a limited time Taking responsibility and being proactive EU citizenship or valid Luxembourg work permit mandatory for nationals from nonEUcountries or countries treated as such. NonEU citizens without valid Luxembourg work permit cannot be taken into consideration.
