Engineer, Spacecraft Subsystems Payload mf 1 year fixedterm contract Ref SES0274 Region Europe Location Luxembourg Betzdorf Company SES Category Space Operations Position Staff Responsibilities Develop understanding of the SC payload and TTC subsystems Develop knowledge of the RF ground testing equipments used for SC In Orbit Testing Execute RF measurement testing during the In Orbit Testing of the SC to be launched Analyze and trend test results. Identify discrepant tests results and potential need for retest Implement and validate upgrades to in house payload tools for generations of performance predicts Produce In Orbit Testing and SC health reporting Support spacecraft payload procedures validation Experience Qualifications Be a diploma engineer, with a specialization in telecommunications Have a sound theoretical knowledge, and be eager to implement it in a practical environment Be able to acquire detailed technical information within predefined deadlines and apply it in daytoday situations Have strong analytical and problemsolving skills Have strong computer software skills Be fluent in English Have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and teamspirit Be willing to integrate into an international environment Our Offer Competitive salary package, coupled with a diverse array of challenges and development benefits.
