Redu Space services RSS has a vacancy for Engineering Coordination Support ESA Academy Training and Learning Programme ESECGalaxia, Transinne Belgium Job profile and description Coordination support for development and delivery of Engineering training sessions in the frame of the ESA Academys Training and Learning Programme. ESA Academy training sessions last 45 days and cover different fields of ESA expertise with the objective to complement what university students are learning at university and to better prepare them for a spacerelated career. Services include list not exhaustive the support to the Training and Learning Programme in the development of new training sessions in different engineering fields the liaison with the trainers and monitoring of training material preparation the review of proposed lectures and exercises the calls for applications and selection process of the university students the organisation of the training sessions the delivery of the training sessions, attending most of the lectures and providing constructive feedback for future editions the analysis of trainers and students feedback the coordination of the update of training format and training material the use and maintenance of the training material database the promotion of the educational opportunities and activities carried out by the ESA Education Office the contribution to other educational opportunities and initiatives offered by the ESA Education Office. Qualifications Applicants for this post should have a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification in engineering. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong interest in education activities in the field of science and technology in general. Previous experience in teaching or in educational projects would be an asset. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate good organisational and reporting skills as well as a proactive attitude to problemsolving. They should be capable of coordinating multiple projects and provide engineering support. They must demonstrate an ability to communicate and cooperate efficiently, to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of ESA staff at different levels as well as with representatives of academia, industry and ESAs international partners. The working languages of the Agency are English and French. A good knowledge of one of these is required together with a working knowledge of the other.
