Job description Generation of the FPGA specification. Generation of the FPGA architecture. Design and implementation of VHDL blocks that compose the architecture of the design. VHDL design rule checking, synthesis and its timing analysis and unitary simulation of VHDL blocks. Synthesis and layout of the whole design in the target FPGA. Static Timing Analysis and worstcase analysis of interfaces of the FPGA layout. Support to the integration simulations of the FPGA blocks. Realization of the documentation associated to the design. Realization of the verification plan of the FPGA. Implementation of the integration simulations testbench, VHDl and supporting TCL routines. Profile needed Master of Science degree in engineering, preferably Telecommunication Engineering or Industrial Engineering. High background in Microelectronics. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in design of FPGAs or ASICs
