Fargo real estate agent sentenced in theft case

A Fargo real estate agent has been sent to a halfway house for three months, put on a year's probation and ordered to make restitution for stealing cash, jewelry and other property from a neighbor and friend. Charles "Chuck" Carney pleaded guilty to felony theft.
