The U.S. Attorney's Office in Pittsburgh in February filed a complaint against Gregory and Maria Makozy, accusing them of bankruptcy fraud and money laundering. The office Thursday filed a motion for forfeiture on a Port St. Lucie home that prosecutors said the couple bought for $350,000 using money concealed from bankruptcy proceedings.
