(Telecompaper) UK DTT service Freeview and Digital TV have announced plans to develop a new Freeview-branded connected TV service. Their shareholders are supporting a 5-year plan to develop and market a connected TV offering, giving viewers access to both broadcast and on-demand TV, including a range of catch-up players.
