US - The news on the demand front was not good last week, but the gross domestic product (GDP) data released by the Commerce Department likely appeared more negative than it actually was. I realize that sounds like "spin" – and I loathe spin – so I think there is actually something to this "yeah, but. . ." analysis, writes Steve Meyer in his "Market Preview" as published in National Hog Farmer magazine.
