RHEA is currently recruiting a Galileo Security and Security Operations Preparation Engineer to support the Galileo exploitation at GSA Headquarters, in Prague. Please note that the successful candidate will be in the possession of a valid security clearance at the EU level SECRET UE. Tasks and Activities The scope of activities for this role has been divided into two primary tasks with the first being the provision of support to the preparation activities for the Galileo early service provision, in the area of security engineering and security operations engineering. Primary activities in this first task include Following up the early services implementation and validation activities, analysing the related classified key performance indicators KPIs Following up on the early services operations phase Implementing the liaison with the GSA Security and GSAGSMC departments Supporting liaisons with the various stakeholders that contribute to the security of the EGNSS services notably, the EC, member states and ESA Your secondary task will be support the preparation of the GSOp ITT for Security related aspects. Here, the scope of activities will include the following Finalizing the GSOp CLA operations requirement document ORDx and other security documentation in preparation of the GSOp ITT Updating and amending the Galileo security requirements baseline during the GSOp ITT phase Participating to the review of the GSOp ITT datapackage Participating to the evaluation of the GSOp proposals Following up on the current Galileo operations contract between ESA and Spaceopal and assessing the impact of changes on the security and security operations on the GSOp baseline Skills and Experience You must possess the following skills and experience At least 7 years of relevant experience in security engineering and security operations preparation At least 4 years of relevant experience in the ITT and proposal preparation and evaluation Ability to work with little to no supervision Excellent written and oral communications skills A valid security clearance at the EU SECRET level UE The following skills would be highly desirable.
